Holiday Scale
$69K/Week in Time for the Holidays
Context
Established ecommerce brand heading into Q4 with solid product/fit but underbuilt advertising systems. Came in around October with $20K to $30K to start and aggressive holiday targets.
Problem
They needed to ramp fast into the most expensive auction season of the year without blowing the budget on unproven structures. There was no time for a slow, cautious optimization cycle.
Approach
Built a multi-account, multi-campaign architecture: three primary offer types, separated by funnel stage (prospecting, warm, hot) and key personas. Inside that scaffold, we pushed structured split-testing for creatives, offers, and audiences with clear decision rules: find winners fast, protect them, and feed them.
Prospecting/warm/hot funnel-stage parallel split-test flow.
Stack
- Facebook Ads
- Shopify
- Structured campaign and ad-set design
Result
Scaled to roughly $69K/week in revenue through the core holiday window and held performance through the season instead of spiking and crashing. The account exited Q4 with more clarity than it entered.
Weekly revenue counter holding $69K/week through holiday season with auction-cost overlay.
Impact
The client did not just have a good Black Friday. They left with a durable account structure, proven audiences, and tested creative angles they could reuse for future launches.
Lessons
In seasonal windows, over-planning burns the window. What carries a campaign is a structure that survives fast budget shifts and feedback loops tight enough to act on the same day. A 60-page media plan gives you neither.
Why this matters to you
Relevant for brands entering a make-or-break season (holidays, launches, fundraising windows) who need to ramp aggressively and keep control.
